Singing Tai chi’s praises

Tai chi is so good for back pain, balance, leg strength and neck and shoulder relaxation! As soon as I stop doing a bit of regular Tai chi my back muscles start to get weaker and I can feel little twinges starting in my back. I only need to do one decent session per week or 2 or 3 short sessions, that’s all it needs. Note to self: don’t be lazy, keep up the Tai chi!
